Features: Read previews for the dragonets here!

In Character Information

  • This clutch takes place about three years from the previous black clutch--putting it fairly close, time-wise to the 12th white generation!
  • Rurilusith is the only parent guarding these eggs: Toyrt-mow picked up and left once she realized just how unworthy Ruri' truly was, so she won't be making any appearances.
  • Rurilusith is looking for sponsors worthy of his clutch. His definition of 'worthy' isn't necessarily upstanding samaritan, but he won't accept worthless scum and he will only grudgingly accept convicted criminals, if they have a good reason. Save your Eeeevil for later clutches, as by that point, things ought to get nicely rolling.

  • This clutch will work a little differently from previous clutches. There will be no hatchling image, for one. All character-suggestion applications will immediately get the lowest ranking dragon-type (no wings, one head.) All stats-page applications will get a one-headed, winged dragon, regardless of which dragons you list in your preferences section. All story-applications will receive two to three-headed dragons, winged or wingless, depending on the quality of the story in comparison to other stories submitted.

(For story-purposes, you may want to write about your sponsor speaking with the father, as the kits aren't quite conscious in their shell just yet. You can see preview information on the 'features' link above, and make first, second, and third (and fourth, even) choices for what dragon you'd like. (If you don't write suggestions in your application I can't give you the dragon you want!) Please note that putting preferences for a certain dragon down doesn't guarantee that I will match what you want. (Some dragonets are more popular then others and those will be given away based on a number of variables.))

Please submit your applications in two weeks, or by June 15th, 2006!

Requirements

Once enough people have sent in a form, I will link a pickup page to the Nexus Forums. If you do not get a dragon from the current clutch, I will bump you to the next clutch.

Please email me, or post the link to your dragon at the Nexus Forums as soon as you put it up.

Once your dragon image is recieved, you have two weeks within which to put it up. If your image is not paged within that time, I will then post a warning at the Nexus Forums. You will then have 48 hours to page your dragon--if it isn't put up within that time I will abandon it, and somebody else will have a chance to re-adopt it.

Due to the nature of these clutches, there are three different ways to apply:
  1. You can send in a basic form with your name and suggestions for a character-caretaker, since all of these dragons will need somebody to take care of them from a young age. This character may or may not bond, but consider them a second, text-only part of the giveaway.
  2. You can submit a pre-made character--that is, you can send me a link to show me a character that is willing to take care of or bond a dragonet. I expect this to be a stats-only page.
  3. You can send me a character with a story attached. If you're looking for more information about the location that these clutches is taking place, please visit Star City. As the BWR clutches are considered private, and thus open only to friends of the parents (or the parent's bonds/caretakers, if any are present), I'll allow you to say that your character is a friend of whichever parent is located at Star City permanently. (Usually they'll be on a page with a starry background, using the same page format as Star City's.) As the other parent belongs to another person, please see about asking them, before writing them into your story.

Dragonets will be loosely ranked into three sections, based upon what form you send in, and what kind of effort was put into your character (if a story was written, etc.). Ranks will be very loosely determined, as colour-ranks will change from generation to generation, and some breeds parenting a new clutch will have no ranking system at all. Most dragons will be ranked by the amount of effort put into colouring them, then upon colour itself.
